Meghan M. (Sweeney) Burns practices exclusively in the area of family law, representing clients across Connecticut in litigated, collaborative, and mediation processes. She assists clients in navigating the sensitive and complex aspects of divorce, custody, and visitation petitions and works in the courtroom and conference room to resolve parenting disputes and financial issues associated with alimony, child support, property division, and premarital agreements.
